Who We Are

Paul and Rebecca Smith are registered Clinical Hypnotherapists practicing at Norwest Wellbeing, specializing in evidence-based therapeutic interventions. With extensive training in strategic and solution-focused approaches, we work alongside medical professionals to provide adjunctive care that complements conventional treatment pathways.

Our Evidence-Based Approach

We utilize Strategic/Solution-Focused Therapy combined with clinical hypnotherapy techniques. This approach is supported by systematic reviews and clinical trials demonstrating efficacy in treating anxiety disorders, irritable bowel syndrome, smoking cessation, and chronic pain management.

Clinical Evidence: Research published in leading journals (British Medical Journal, Gut, American Journal of Clinical Hypnosis) supports hypnotherapy as an effective adjunctive treatment for select conditions when integrated with medical care.
