How to Claim Your Rebate
Please note: We do not have HICAPS facilities in our clinic, so all claims must be processed manually through your health fund.
- Locate Your Provider Details: On the top right of the invoice we email to you, you'll find either an Association Number or Provider Number that is fund-specific. If your particular fund isn't listed, your fund (if they allow claims) will look us up using our association number.
- Contact Your Fund: Submit your claim directly to your health fund using the provider details from your invoice, along with your receipt.
- Processing: Your fund will process the claim according to their standard procedures and your policy terms.
Important Claiming Information
Fund Independence: Health funds do not generally deal with us directly. We cannot assist with making claims or resolving issues that may arise during the claiming process. All claiming queries must be directed to your health fund.
Practitioner-Specific Coverage: Not all practitioners may be available for claiming purposes. Health fund rebates are assessed on a practitioner-by-practitioner basis. Please ensure you book with a listed practitioner—if they don't appear in your fund's approved provider list, you won't be able to claim a rebate even if the fund generally covers hypnotherapy.
